Our Outplacement & Career Transition Programs are designed for anyone experiencing obstacles, challenges or change in their career. Each program offers choice and is tailored to suit a person’s unique needs and wants. It’s never one-size-fits-all.
Redundancy can be a harrowing experience. With so many factors at play for everyone involved, it requires a great deal of compassion, understanding and care. And it’s often

We’ll support you with planning an empathetic approach and informative communications and can be with you when announcing the change.

that don’t just sound good on paper – but also have personal meaning and offer progression. At the same time, we can support your leaders and teams through workshops and individualised coaching programs.

For me, Progressional was born from an inherent curiosity in people and their lives. It’s about reaching for excellence, learning and making a meaningful difference to others.
Change is in my DNA. It’s always been part of what I do. My career has spanned diverse worlds of engineering, innovation, executive recruitment and education. I’ve spent over 25 years supporting people to learn, build careers, and improve the way things are done.

I’ve been a Consultant, Executive Leader, Business Owner, Coach and now, Founder. No matter which hat I’ve worn, I’ve spent over 25 years supporting people to build careers, improve wellbeing and experience growth.

I am also a founding director, equity shareholder and board member at Six Degrees Executive, one of Australia’s leading executive search and recruitment consultancies.
